Who is the instructor and what are their qualifications?Your instructor is Nikki, an expert with 7 years of direct Customer Service experience. She has a BS in Tourism and is certified with TEFL and a specialized Certificate in Teaching Tourism English. This background means her lessons aren’t just theory—she teaches the exact communication skills you need to succeed with guests and clients in the hospitality and tourism world.
How is PEP different from other online English lessons?Most online lessons only teach grammar and basic chat. PEP is different because we focus on active English use and real-world job training. You will practice important situations like handling a guest complaint, managing check-ins, or acing a job interview. This method ensures you gain the confidence and clear communication skills essential for your career.
What kind of results can I expect?By the end of your course, you will see clear results: 1. You will be able to handle any real-life conversation you face, whether it’s at work, during travel, or when meeting new people. 2. You will have the specific skills to quickly answer guest questions, give clear directions, handle and resolve complaints, and provide solutions. 3. What happens during the Free Trial?The Free Trial is our chance to meet and map out your success! We’ll spend the time determining your specific goals and the results you want to achieve by the end of the course. This is also the best way for you to experience my teaching style and techniques firsthand, so you can see if PEP is the perfect fit. If you choose to enrol in a program, you’ll immediately receive a detailed course plan so you know the exact path we’ll take together.

What video platform do you use?We primarily use Zoom because it offers the best stability, clear audio, and powerful screen-sharing for effective lessons. Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are readily available upon request if you prefer a different platform.
What technical equipment do I need?You only need three things: a stable internet connection, a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted, and a working camera and microphone (a laptop camera/mic works fine!).

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payments through Wise (formerly TransferWise) using a simple, cost-effective bank transfer method.
We will provide you with our local currency account details (CHF). You can then send a fast, low-cost domestic transfer directly from your bank account to ours. This method ensures you avoid high international transfer fees.
What is your Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy?We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients and the instructor’s time, please observe the following key guidelines: 1. Rescheduling: Lessons can be easily rescheduled through your booking portal. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any change to avoid forfeiture of the lesson credit. 2. Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the full lesson fee. Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be credited back to your package for future use. 3. Why is there a price difference between the lesson tracks?We offer two distinct tracks based on your goals. The Tourism Pro Lessons are priced at a higher rate because they require highly specialized content development, ongoing industry research, and customized scenario creation. This leverages the instructor’s BS in Tourism and Certificate in Teaching Tourism English. This ensures the training is not just about general English, but about specific, professional skills that directly impact your career success in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
